2026 Programs & Experiences
This year we’re offering a series of leadership development experiences rooted in our theme of Momentum.
Each are designed to help you clarify direction, develop personal accountability, and strengthen your leadership capacity.
Momentum
A year-long accountability practice for what you’re ready to move forward.
A self-guided coaching tool to keep you on track and over the humps and hurdles
Momentum is a year-long accountability practice designed to help you make progress on what you want to accomplish this year without pressure or burnout.
Through bi-weekly prompts and guided questions delivered via email, you’ll build the habit of execution and the kind of earned leadership capacity that comes from consistently following through on what matters most to you.
An asynchronous virtual program.
When you join Momentum, you’ll receive:
Bi-weekly reflective prompts delivered by email throughout the year, and
Guided questions designed to help you:
stay connected to your priorities
notice what’s unfolding
reflect on momentum and resistance
make small course-corrections with clarity
build a habit of execution
continue moving forward in a way that’s aligned and sustainable
There is no tracking or external enforcement. Momentum works by giving you a consistent rhythm of reflection and accountability that supports your self-leadership — not dependence.
Momentum is for you if:
You’re ready to move something forward this year.
You want a structure that helps you stay in relationship with what matters most to you.
You want to build a habit of execution on your dreams, so they’re no longer just dreams.
You want consistent personal accountability that strengthens your leadership.
You’re looking for sustainable, grounded momentum, not hustle, burnout, or performative growth
ou value reflection as a driver of action, not as a substitute for it.
Virtual | Begins Feb. 15 | Open Enrollment All Year
$59 one-time purchase to join
Leadership in Motion
A different kind of professional development day
Cross-Country Skiing Leadership Development Day
In person | Feb. 20 | 8:30am-4pm | $325 registration fee
$265 for Gorge locals
Instead of sitting in a classroom, we are developing leaders while being outdoors and in motion.
Through guided reflection, cross-country skiing, and facilitated group dialogue, participants clarify an internal area where they’re feeling stuck or uncertain in their leadership and leave with a grounded next step forward.
Each participant brings their own threshold to work on. The focus of the facilitated training is on developing the internal capacity required for each participant to move forward with clarity and intention.
What You’ll Leave With
Greater clarity around an internal area where you’ve been feeling stuck
Increased awareness of how you respond to challenge, uncertainty, or pressure
A clearer internal reference point for decision-making
One grounded, realistic step you’re ready to take forward
